CSHP invites poster abstract submissions for the Professional Practice Conference (PPC) 2026, taking place April 30 to May 2, 2026, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Poster presentations are a cornerstone of PPC, offering an opportunity to showcase innovative research, practice initiatives, and quality improvement projects from across Canada. At last year’s conference in Ottawa, over 50 posters highlighted cutting-edge work in hospital pharmacy — and we look forward to building on that momentum in 2026!
The deadline for abstract submissions is January 14, 2026, at 16:00 ET.
