About the National Awards Program

In 2019, we announced a major restructuring to the national awards program, bringing increased viability, award prestige, and alignment with the Mission and Values of the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP). Our refreshed awards program reduces the number of national award offerings (from eleven to four awards) and introduces three new awards focused on excellence in pharmacy practice. In addition, Individual Supporters of CSHP (including pharmacy technicians, student pharmacists, and others) will now be recognized through the program.

National award submissions will be accepted from August to September 30 each year. Click the links below to learn more about each award and how to nominate yourself or someone else.

Looking for a branch award? Branch awards are offered throughout the year. Check your branch website for available awards and submission deadlines.
