About Megan Wisnowski

• Megan Wisnowski is the Senior Lead for Pharmacy Alberta within Acute Care Alberta, where she works with teams across the province to advance clinical pharmacy practice, quality improvement, workforce planning, and health system transformation. Over her nearly 20-year career, she has held leadership roles spanning frontline practice, pharmacy operations, and provincial program strategy, with a particular passion for helping teams turn good ideas into measurable results. 
   
  Megan serves on the Hospital Pharmacy in Canada Survey Board and is the author of Chapter B, which explores the evolving landscape of clinical pharmacy practice across Canada. She is also a proud data enthusiast, a Fellow in Health Systems Improvement, and someone who firmly believes that every dashboard should tell a story—not just display numbers.  
   
  When she is not talking about clinical pharmacy, measurement, or healthcare strategy, Megan can usually be found travelling with her husband and two daughters, skiing, golfing, wake surfing, or providing unsolicited musical entertainment around a campfire with a guitar, ukulele, or piano. She has even been known to write the occasional healthcare-themed musical parody when the situation calls for it.
