About Alicia Wall
Alicia has been practicing in hospital pharmacy since graduating from Memorial University School of Pharmacy in 2007. Alicia's clinical experience focused extensively on oncology while working at the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre in St. John's, NL, and in 2018 she became the Regional Manager of Oncology Pharmacy Services at Eastern Health. She then went on to become Regional Director of Pharmacy Services at Eastern Health in 2020, and assumed the role of Senior Director of the Provincial Pharmacy Program with Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services upon the amalgamation of the regional health authorities in 2023. Alicia completed her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Colorado Denver in 2015, Masters of Health Administration from the University of Regina in 2020, and attained the designation of Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders in 2020. Having participated in previous iterations of the Hospital Pharmacy in Canada Survey and utilized the valuable data it provides both as a clinician and a leader, Alicia was excited to join the Hospital Pharmacy in Canada Survey Board in 2022 and continue to support this important resource.
